2020 o50 Mens Masters B Division State Champions !

SEHA is very proud of our first mens masters team making history at o50s Mens State Chamionships at Bathurst 13-15 March 2020. This year our SEHA o50s teams competed in Bathurst results here

Sydney East Hockey Association does not directly run any mens competitions, nor do they currently enter teams into men hockey competitions (except indoor state championships in November each year). However there is a thriving mens hockey community in Sydney, within which many SEHA clubs compete. Masters aged players have the opportunity to play both regular all age competitions, masters age competitions and in representative teams:

Competitions

• Saturday Competition (all ages 15+), the competition is a whole of Sydney area competition. To get involved, register with SEHA clubs that enter teams. Click on the club to go to their website:

• A Mid-week Masters only competition, caters for 34+ has 4 divisions with a +55 grouping in the 4^th Division. Contacts for this Competition are through https://smhockey.com.au/. SEHA clubs that enter teams are listed below:

Representative opportunities

SEHA has not historically entered Masters teams in +35, +40, +45, +50, +55 & +65s State Championships. However, we are open to doing so if we have appropriate admin support from members. 

Since 2020, we are very proud to have entered our mens masters representative team in the o50s age group.

 2022 we went to Bathurst  

2023 we will be in Grafton
