SEHA conducts local competition for juniors and seniors by way of:
SEHA Junior competition - a grass-roots, club based, mixed gender competition, for SEHA clubs. Open to other clubs and interested parties to enter teams as they desire. Catering for A & B grade levels, U9, U11, U13, U15 & U17 teams.
SEHA Women's competition - a local club based competition for women, with grade divisions from 1-3. Open to SEHA and non-SEHA clubs alike.
